Now that the Holiday Season has passed and you have made all your New Year resolutions, is time to forget about them.
Well, do not really forget about them, but do not worry too much about them either. As I wrote earlier in this post, break your New Year resolutions in small, tangible goals, and live a day at a time. Give your best every day, and celebrate small victories.
Don’t wait six month to celebrate that you have lost 25 pounds. Celebrate every week that you have lost a pound.
