"At TEDxBG in Sofia, Steve Keil fights the "serious meme" that has infected his home of Bulgaria -- and calls for a return to play to revitalize the economy, education and society. A sparkling talk with a universal message for people everywhere who are reinventing their workplaces, schools, lives."
The reason I decided to share this presentation with you is because I identify myself very much with it, and I believe I am not the only one. If we change Bulgaria by Portugal it would make perfectly sense. Would it make sense if you changed Bulgaria by the name of your country?
There are two more things that I love about this presentation...
The first one are the slides, they are great, simple, and meaningful to the message. Lately I have heard a lot about the destructive effect of PowerPoint. I believe the problem is not in the PowerPoint itself, but in the way people create their presentations. Here we have an excellent example of how to create a presentation (I don't know if this one was made with PowerPoint, but if it wasn't it could have been.)
The second was the speaker. His passion, his energy, and his deliver were great. An excellent example of how we should prepare to deliver a great presentation!

Great talk. I wish he was my boss!
ReplyDeleteIndeed! Another great example of how one person attitude can change an entire organization culture for the better!
