Quote of the day

"Act enthusiastic and you will be enthusiastic."
- Dale Carnegie

This is a simple and very powerfull advice form Dale Carnegie.

Normally when I go home from work, despite the look of the other drivers, I force myself to sing and dance the songs that are passing in the radio. This way I change my mind set from work and get very energised and enthusiastic. This works wonders, because when I go to the kindergarten to pick-up my 3 years old Daugherty, she also gets enthusiastic, and this passes out to my wife and we all can enjoy a wonderful end of day.

This is also true when I have to make a speech or be the Toastmaster of the day in my Toastmasters Club (see more about Toastmasters here: www.toastmasters.org), it gives me the necessary energy to carry out my task with ease and enthusiasm.

What other techniques do you use to get enthusiastic and energized? Leave a comment.
