Give your books away

I like to give books. I always feel that when a book is read only by me that that is a waste of knowledge, sensations, inspiration, hope, and everything else we can find in books. I'm always glad to borrow my books to someone who reads and appreciates them as much as I did. I hate to see them in the shelf getting dusty year after year.

I use BookCrossing to share my books with anyone who is willing to read them and take good care of them. Once I sent a book to Romania and four years later I still feel that good sensation at the bottom of my belly, that must worth much more than the monetary value of the book, right?

Soon I will send a collection of books that I have repeated (my wife did the same collection before we were married) to a small village in Mozambique so they can establish a local library, and I know that will make more room in my house and a good and warm sensation in my belly.

Try it, give your books (or borrow them if you don't feel comfortable giving them away) to someone you just know that is going to appreciate them, and leave a comment letting us know how you felt.

You can find all my books here, if you want to read some, just let me know and I will be glad to send it to you.

Have a wonderful day,
R.
